Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your fitness equipment arrives safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fitness equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Exercise bands
  • Mats

These items may only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item(s) within 3 business days
  • We’ll notify you about the approval status
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item immediately

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • International customers: refunds will be in GBP and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your fitness equipment arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). The process is the same as returns, but please specify your preferred exchange item in your initial email.

Fitness Tip: While waiting for your exchange or refund, why not try some bodyweight exercises? They require no equipment and can be done anywhere!
